Job Title: Design Manager – Sprinkler Systems
Location: Midlands
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Manager based in the Midlands? This is an exciting opportunity to lead on all design-related activities, compliance, and team development within a specialist fire protection division. You will be responsible for ensuring all design solutions meet the highest industry standards while supporting the growth and technical development of the design team.
Responsibilities:
Lead sprinkler system design projects from concept through to completion.
Ensure all designs comply with LPCB and BS standards.
Manage and develop the sprinkler design team, promoting technical excellence, safety, and innovation.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective design solutions.
Experience and Certifications Required:
Proven track record in sprinkler system design management.
Strong knowledge of LPCB and BS standards.
Experience leading a design team within the fire protection industry.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
