A-Line Staffing is now hiring Project & Business Analyst in Boise, ID. The Project & Business Analyst would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. This is 100% on-site in Boise, ID - Candidates must be local. If willing to relocate, relocation costs are not covered or reimbursed. Project & Business Analyst Compensation The pay for this position is $28.00-$34.00 per hour based on experience Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Project & Business Analyst Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Monday-Friday schedule On-site Monday-Thursday until September, then 100% on-site in Boise, ID Occasional flexibility to work from home for international meetings as needed Support a large-scale enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementation Project & Business Analyst Responsibilities Support project coordination and day-to-day project management activities Gather, document, and organize business requirements Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing coordination, and issue tracking Communicate project updates with stakeholders and project teams Support multiple project workstreams within a large enterprise implementation Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demonstrations, and status meetings Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle Project & Business Analyst Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, testing, or project support Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms Familiarity with Microsoft project collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Project & Business Analyst Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise software implementation projects Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Experience with learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS/LXP), or training technology IT systems implementation or technical project experience Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment If you think this Project & Business Analyst position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting with Silvana M. with A-Line Staffing!
