Learning Support Assistant (SEND)
Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (SEND) to join our secondary-age SEN provision in York. Both full-time and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply. This is a term-time only position, with pay ranging from £89.38 – £110 per day depending on experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient and reliable candidate who is comfortable supporting secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role requires a genuine passion for supporting young people’s welfare, education and personal development.
Applicants with relevant experience such as Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, SEN Support Worker, Youth Worker, SEN Sports Coach or Healthcare Assistant are strongly encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
