RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER WARSAW, POLAND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the entire investment process, from land acquisition to client handover and execution of notarial deeds. obtain necessary approvals, including environmental decisions and building permits supervise project schedules and budgets collaborate with architects and engineers to develop technical documentation coordinate the work of external contractors prepare for project implementation and sales coordinate and liaise with internal departments of the developer repare periodic progress reports on the project REQUIREMENTS minimum of 4 years' experience with a residential developer in a similar role comprehensive understanding of the residential investment process bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field strong communication and negotiation skills excellent organizational abilities familiarity with administrative and construction regulations proficiency in preparing investment budgets and schedules proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. advanced English language proficiency (C1 level) flexibility and availability for travel
