</div><div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As an <strong>Accommodation & Welfare Installation Supervisor</strong>, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality installations. You’ll oversee operations on-site, from planning and lifting to completion, ensuring everything meets BAM’s exacting standards.</span></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Overseeing the end-to-end installation and removal of modular and cabin units.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Acting as Crane Supervisor, coordinating lifting operations and ensuring safe positioning.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Performing slinger/signaller duties, directing crane movements and guaranteeing safe load handling.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Leading and motivating installation teams to deliver projects to BAM’s high standards.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conducting site visits to plan future installations.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Building strong relationships with clients and contractors, resolving issues quickly and effectively.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Complete any maintenance and breakdown call outs.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintaining accurate documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">IND1</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Your team</b></H2>

</div><div><ul><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Valid Slinger/Signaller certification (CPCS or equivalent).</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Crane Supervisor qualification (CPCS or equivalent).</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven experience in installation of modular and cabin units (Containex product knowledge advantageous).</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe lifting practices.</span></li><li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.</span></li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>About BAM</b></H2>
