Programme Manager – Housing Systems Transformation (Hybrid)

<p><strong>Programme Manager &#8211; Housing Systems Transformation (Hybrid) needed in Lancing, £309 per day </strong><strong>PAYE &#8211; Reference: 5300121</strong></p> <p> Hybrid working &#8211; but will need to be office based 2/3 days on site, it is a relationship based role and will be heavily reliant on site presence.</p> <p>Team size &#8211; managing a team of one person.</p> <ul> <li>Building safety.</li> <li>Data cleansing.</li> <li>Property data and what it means for a housing safety programme.</li> <li>Own and manage the end-to-end programme plan, including scope, milestones, risks, budget, governance and reporting</li> <li>Lead multi-workstream delivery covering system configuration, integrations and environment management</li> <li>Oversee complex data cleansing and migration from multiple legacy housing systems</li> <li>Manage integrations across housing, repairs, finance, community safety and corporate platforms with Building Safety as the consistent thread.</li> <li>Lead testing cycles including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing</li> <li>Drive organisational change, process redesign, training and business readiness activity</li> <li>Ensure alignment with cloud strategy, cyber security, data protection and architectural standards </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis  </strong></p> <p>  </p> <p><strong>If you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to <a href="mailto:____@essentialemploy.co.uk">katie@essentialemploy.co.uk</a> quoting the reference number.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
