About the Role
A respected multi-office estate agency is recruiting an experienced Head of Lettings to lead its Weybridge branch. This is a senior, hands-on management position with responsibility for driving lettings growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional landlord and tenant services.
The role is ideal for a commercially driven lettings professional with a proven track record of winning instructions, growing portfolios, and leading teams to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lettings department and office team
• Drive new instructions, grow the lettings portfolio, and increase market share
• Achieve branch targets, profitability, and OTE goals
• Conduct valuations, property appraisals, and tenant negotiations
• Build and maintain landlord and tenant relationships
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with UK lettings legislation, tenancy law, and industry best practice
• Oversee marketing of all properties and maintain high service standards
• Support recruitment and team development within the office

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Manager or Head of Lettings
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to win instructions and grow a portfolio
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and professional
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Highly organised with planning and prioritisation skills
• Full UK driving licence
