Start at $24.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. We are looking for a Multilingual Support Specialist to join our team in Tucson. What Will I Do as a Multilingual Support Specialist? As a Multilingual Support Specialist, you will assist customers in multiple languages, providing exceptional service through inbound calls, emails, and live chats. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions across a variety of topics. This position requires fluency in at least two languages, including English, and the ability to handle a wide range of customer needs. In this role, you'll leverage your language skills to engage with diverse customer bases, ensuring that each customer’s experience is positive and that their needs are met in a timely manner.
