</div><div>Surface Experts is hiring an <strong>entry-level, field-based sales representative</strong> to help grow our presence with apartment communities, hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential builders.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people in person, and building relationships. You do <strong>not</strong> need formal sales experience. You <strong>do</strong> need to be comfortable spending most of your day on the road and walking into commercial properties.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong>:</div><ul>
<li>Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the day</li>
<li>Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff</li>
<li>Walk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunities</li>
<li>Introduce Surface Experts services and book repair work</li>
<li>Manage your daily route and schedule independently</li>
<li>Log activity, notes, and follow-ups in our system</li>
<li>Typical days include <strong>10–15 on-site visits<br></strong><br>

</ul><div>This is an <strong>outside, field-based role</strong>. You will not be sitting behind a desk.<br><br>
