THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE

Willingness to work from office- Bangalore

We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Associate to join our global recruitment engine. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be a strategic partner managing a high-volume desk across diverse geographies, including Europe (EMEA), the UK, and our Domestic markets.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for the UK, Europe, and Domestic markets.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an agency or high-growth corporate environment.
  • Act as a dedicated consultant for internal hiring managers, maintaining a professional "book of business" and providing data-driven hiring insights.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising on candidate quality or experience.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and cutting-edge AI sourcing/productivity tools to streamline the hiring workflow.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri recruit, Referral candidates) to attract top-tier talent.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Diversity stats) to ensure transparency with Account Managers, Leads and Stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated exposure to the recruitment landscapes, compliance nuances, and talent pools of the UK, Europe, and Domestic markets.
  • Power-user experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and a proactive approach to using AI recruitment tools for sourcing and automation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to negotiate complex offers and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership.
  • A self-motivated "owner" who completes tasks on time and works effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing global team.
  • Experience in tech or niche executive search.
  • Familiarity with European labor laws and GDPR compliance in recruitment.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
