Functie

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests and improve service delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships while consistently meeting service quality and response time targets.

Profiel

• Available to start in September
• 32 - 38 hours/week
• Can commute at least 3 days to the Hoorn area
• Speaks fluent German
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and preferably CRM

Aanbod

• A contract for 6 months with the intention of the long term
• 32 - 38 hours a week
• Hybrid mode: 3 days at the office, 2 days at home
• €2600 - €3300 per month based on 40h and experience
• Free shuttle van from Hoorn Central Station to the office and vice versa
• Working from home allowance: €2,40 net
