About the Role
About the role: justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Behaviour Mentor. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a strong pastoral team and places a high priority on emotional wellbeing, positive relationships and restorative approaches. Regular CPD is available in behaviour management and trauma-informed practice. Key Responsibilities: • Support pupils displaying challenging behaviour • Deliver behaviour and emotional regulation interventions • Build positive relationships with pupils and families • Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff Pre-requisites: Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children) Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced) A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer.
