A stunning, privately owned luxury country house hotel in the Wiltshire countryside is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to support the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of this elegant property.

As Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of all departments, maintaining excellent standards of service and presentation throughout.
You will be hands-on, leading by example and working closely with department heads to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll need previous experience in a similar senior management role within a quality hotel environment with strong leadership and communication skills.
As Operations Manager you will:
Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
Support and motivate the team to achieve service excellence
Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and presentation
Assist the General Manager in driving revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
