Arcosa Lightweight is searching for a Scale Clerk, Administration for our Mooresville, IN plant. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by directing the activities and staff within a Aggregates and Lightweight Aggregates environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards.
As a Scale Clerk, Administration, you will …. Provides various office and location support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services. Provides secretarial/administrative support to nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization- Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail- Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries- May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements and/or track expenses.
What You'll Do:
• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
• provide various office and location support activities

• Provides secretarial/administrative support to nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization- Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail-
• Operate scales, weigh trucks/loads
• Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries- May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements and/or track expenses.
• Ticket out trucks/loads
• Reports such as Production numbers/shipping numbers
• Fuel reports
• Ticket scanning
• Proficient in using MS Word and Excel, office duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
• 1 year minimum Business office experience
• Previous Aggregate experience is a plus
