You'll be the first point of contact for buyers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completion and key handover.This role combines strong sales ability with exceptional customer service, offering the chance to work within a high-performing team and a well-established, quality-driven environment.The RoleMeet and exceed reservation, exchange, and completion targetsQualify applicants, manage enquiries, and drive the full sales journeyHandle reservations, contracts, and AML complianceRecommend mortgage brokers and solicitors to support progressionMaintain accurate records using CRM systems (e.g. Sales Seek / YourKeys)Conduct home demonstrations and key handoversLiaise with site and construction teams to ensure smooth completionsSupport launches, events, and on-site marketing activityAbout YouExperience in new homes sales or residential estate agency (essential)Strong understanding of the buying process, including mortgages and conveyancingConfident, professional, and customer-focusedHighly organised and able to work independently on siteComfortable using CRM systems and managing accurate dataCommitted to delivering an outstanding, five-star customer experienceThe PackageUp to £36,000 basic salaryOTE circa £50,000 via a competitive incentive scheme26 days holidayPrivate healthcare & wellbeing platformRetail discounts and volunteering daysGenuine career progression within a growing, people-focused businessHours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Weekend working required, with two days off during the week
