Registered Manager – New Children’s EBD Home Location: North London Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (DOE) Type: Full-Time, Permanent OVERVIEW We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD children’s home in North London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a service from the very beginning, guiding it through Ofsted registration and building a high-quality, child-focused home where young people can thrive. This role offers the rare chance to shape the culture, ethos, and direction of a new home within a growing organisation dedicated to creating nurturing, stable environments for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You’ll be instrumental in recruiting and mentoring a new team, setting standards of care, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can feel secure, understood, and empowered. Your focus will be on compliance, quality assurance, and building a service that delivers positive outcomes, all while maintaining a culture based on respect, empathy, and consistency. KEY REQUIREMENTS Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) Proven understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to deliver high-quality care and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children WHY APPLY?
