Head of Systems & Application Development 7 Sept Head of Systems & Application Development US$180K – US$200K TAX FREE + Bens & Relocation   Newly created position within technology team based in Cayman. This person will report into the CTO and be responsible for managing and enhancing the global portfolio of IT systems and applications. You will lead teams of architects, developers and analysts to ensure that systems are planned, implemented and maintained to the highest standards. This person will also act as a technical evangelist and negotiate with vendors to ensure that return on tech investment is maximised.   Candidates must possess 10yrs+ experience in a similar role within a legal or professional services firm coupled with a strong understanding of data architecture and experience of leading a development team.   An understanding of law-firm technologies or low-code dev platforms would be a distinct advantage.   For more information please contact David Joiner – david.joiner@highburyconsulting.com
