<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Formulate PLC and HMI programs from the ground up for a diverse range of custom automation solutions, such as robotic cells, conveyor systems, and specialized testing equipment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design advanced user interfaces utilizing Factory Talk, Visual Studio, and possibly C# for intricate software integration</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review and amend electrical schematics in AutoCAD to ensure panel designs meet BOM requirements and safety regulations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Incorporate industrial networking and safety protocols, including Ethernet IP, Servo Motion, Vision Systems, and Safety Controllers (NEC/OSHA compliant)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as the leading technical authority during on-site start-ups, traveling to customer facilities to supervise installation and final troubleshooting of custom machinery</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The successful candidate must possess the following backgrounds to be considered for this role:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Professional experience of at least 2 years in PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley RS500/RS5000) and HMI development</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated capability to develop code from scratch, rather than solely making modifications to existing programs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Previous experience with Servo Motion, Motion Controllers, and Vision Systems is highly desirable; familiarity with C# or SQL database is a significant advantage</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Consistent and steady employment history with a minimum of three years at previous workplaces</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Readiness and capability to travel within the US 25% to 50% for system implementations</span></li>
