Rhino Medical is leading the charge, seeking an Athletic Trainer for a travel assignment in an industrial setting focused on injury prevention and early intervention.
Opportunity Details
- Assignment Type: Travel
- Setting: Occupational health in an industrial environment
- Coverage: June 2026 – July 2026, Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Clinical Scope
- Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
- Deliver first aid and triage for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
- Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
- Document assessments and provide data insights to improve workforce wellbeing
Practice Environment
- Outpatient occupational health setting
- Generalized industrial environment
Requirements
- Active New York Athletic Trainer (AT) license
- BLS certification
- Experience in occupational medicine or industrial settings highly preferred
- Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
- Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers' compensation procedures
- CEAS or OSHA10 certification
