We are hiring Chemical Operators for a growing industrial biotechnology manufacturing facility in Franklinton! This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting safe, high-quality manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment manually and via computer controls
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Monitor processes and troubleshoot production issues
- Work closely with team members across operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- cGMP, food safety, or chemical process experience is a plus
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Strong computer skills required
- Must be willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts
