<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leading and supervising your shift</li>
<li>Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered</li>
<li>Administering and recording medication</li>
<li>Carrying out risk assessments</li>
<li>Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible</li>
<li>Working closely with the leadership team to develop services</li>
<li>Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times</li>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable</li>
<li>Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and supervise others.</li>
<li>A good understanding of care planning processes</li>
<li>Be experienced in or happy to undertake training on administering medication</li>
<li>Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.</li>
