Sacco Mann is delighted to be recruiting for a Permanent Corporate & Commercial Partner on behalf of a reputable and forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool, Merseyside. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to step into a senior leadership role and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the firm’s commercial offering.

As a key strategic hire, you will oversee and develop the corporate and commercial practice, manage a broad portfolio of high-quality matters, and drive business development initiatives. The role offers the autonomy to grow and refine the department while working with a strong existing client base and a committed leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department

• Advise on a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

• Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives

• Support, mentor and oversee junior team members

• Drive business development and promote the firm’s presence across the region

About You

• Proven experience as a Partner or senior solicitor in a commercial law environment

• Strong technical expertise across corporate and commercial matters

• Exceptional business development skills with a track record of generating and nurturing work

• Confident leader with experience managing teams and driving performance

• Commercially minded, strategic, and motivated to influence departmental growth

• Qualified solicitor with established partnership experience or equivalent senior credentials
