Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

A school in Shropshire is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people who may face challenges engaging with education. In this role, you will provide targeted behavioural support, build positive relationships, and help students develop the skills needed to regulate their behaviour and succeed academically.
