About the Role

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.   Overview We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across a mix of corporate and frontline roles. This position is ideal for a recruiter who can balance hands-on execution with strategic ownership, including recruiting metrics, pipeline development, and process improvement. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable partnering with hiring leaders to deliver consistent hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from frontline/hourly positions to professional and leadership hires Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs Track and report key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and requisition status Maintain accurate ATS workflows and ensure recruiting activity is properly documented Support recruiting process improvements to strengthen efficiency and candidate experience Contribute to reporting and dashboarding needs using ATS data and Excel-based tracking Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of corporate recruiting experience Strong full-cycle recruiting background (sourcing through offer) Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates Comfort recruiting both frontline/hourly and professional roles Strong experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools Strong reporting skills and comfort working with recruiting metrics Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in operations-driven environments (multi-role, high-volume) Exposure to recruiting dashboards or analytics tools (Power BI a plus) Experience improving recruiting processes or ATS usage Mentoring or light leadership experience Experience supporting multi-site hiring
