 GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well-established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
 
 Project Details:
 <ul>
 <li>High-end residential development</li>
 <li>28 luxury apartments</li>
 <li>Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks</li>
 <li>14–16 month programme</li>
 <li>Day rate: £300–£350</li>
 </ul>
 
 The Site Manager must have/be:
 <ul>
 <li>Experience on high-end residential projects</li>
 <li>A high level of quality control</li>
 <li>Excellent understanding of Health &amp; Safety requirements</li>
 <li>Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client</li>
 <li>Documentation &amp; reporting skills</li>
