<p>A leading property buying and management company specialising in nationwide fast, hassle-free property sales for homeowners in time-sensitive or complex situations are now seeking a driven Sales Manager to support end-to-end property transactions. You will be combining strong valuation judgement with a consultative, client-focused sales approach.<br /> The business is built around providing certainty, speed, and empathy to clients who need clear solutions and a quick, reliable and fair sale process.</p> <p><strong>Benefits of the Sales Manager role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £32,000</li> <li>Performance-based bonus (OTE potential)</li> <li>Office-based role based in the B15 area of Birmingham</li> <li>20 days annual leave bank holidays, this increases by 1 day every 2 years (up to 25 days)</li> <li>Structured training and ongoing development</li> <li>Clear progression opportunities within a growing business</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative and values-driven team culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Deal Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full property sale from enquiry through to completion</li> <li>Support homeowners in complex or sensitive situations with clear guidance and reassurance</li> <li>Prepare fair, competitive property offers using valuation data and market knowledge</li> <li>Progress transactions through legal, financial, and administrative stages</li> <li>Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Negotiation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads</li> <li>Build strong client relationships from first contact</li> <li>Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism</li> <li>Negotiate effectively while maintaining trust and rapport</li> </ul> <p><strong>Valuation, Data &amp; Decision Making</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess and value property opportunities using market data and internal referencing models</li> <li>Use CRM and reporting tools to monitor pipeline and performance</li> <li>Apply commercial judgement aligned with market conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>CRM &amp; Pipeline Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems</li> <li>Coordinate with solicitors, agents, and internal teams for smooth completions</li> <li>Support post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction</li> <li>Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>UK property sector experience with understanding of valuation principles</li> <li>Experience in a sales, customer service or client-facing role</li> <li>Ability to manage full sales cycle from enquiry to completion</li> <li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li> <li>Competent in CRM systems, MS Office, and property/valuation tools</li> <li>Ability to interpret data and produce accurate financial assessments</li> <li>Understanding of UK property legal and compliance processes</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ideally be a member of industry bodies such as NAEA Propertymark or ARLA although not essential</li> </ul> <p> If you’re a confident, consultative sales professional who enjoys helping clients through important life transitions while delivering strong commercial outcomes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and specialist property business.</p> <p><strong>Contact</strong><br /> Magnus James Property Recruitment is a specialist recruiter for the property industry and covers the following areas, New Homes, Residential Lettings, Estate Agents, Property Management and Block Management </p> <p>  </p>
