We are seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to support the Financial Reporting function within a diverse, privately owned group.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified and experienced finance professional to develop technical skills in statutory reporting and group accounting across a multi-entity environment.

Assistant Financial Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare working papers to support Group accounts

• Assist with statutory accounts preparation

• Reconciliations, including balance sheets

• Review accounting records at entity level on a monthly basis

• Reconcile intercompany balances across Group entities

Assistant Financial Accountant Experience and Qualifications:

• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT

• Experience preparing statutory accounts

• Experience in a multi-entity or group environment is desirable

• Understanding of Corporation Tax
