You will actively manage on the floor, building genuine rapport with both colleagues and guests, and expertly handle any guest recovery situations promptly and effectively, communicating updates to the relevant teams. Additionally, you will support management with stock takes, organisation, and counting, contribute innovative ideas to enhance our service quality and increase departmental revenue, and play a supportive role in the training of new team members.
