ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Analyzes designs, creates, enhances, and tests complex application software as senior personnel. Creates, enhances, and tests complex application software that operates efficiently and accurately Work autonomously, guide/mentor other developers in team Troubleshoots issues and makes recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy of application software. Uses knowledge of development language(s), development procedures, structured methodologies, and computer platform(s) to complete assignments and continues to expand knowledge in these areas as needed. Coordinates and schedules the tasks and activities established objectives and takes appropriate action to ensure that objectives are achieved. Employs interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively coordinate interrelated activities with coworkers, end-users, and management. Reports team progress and status to project leadership and/or management. Provides timely status updates. Strong attention to detail, documentation and organization skills. SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: N/A Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 7 + years of experience as a iSeries AS400 full stack developer. Hands on experience with Synon, RPG. RPG 4. Solid experience designing, developing, installing, deploying, and supporting AS400 solutions. Solid experience with MQ integrations In depth Integration experience with external applications.
