Job Title: Entry Level WelderPay: $19-$20/hr (raise after 30 days)Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at a custom fabrication shop that partners with various companies for unique projects. As a welder, you will be part of a company known for its great culture, emphasis on teamwork, upskilling, and personal development.Essential Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding.</li><li>Familiarity with drawings or blueprints.</li><li>Experience working with carbon steel.</li></ul>Additional Skills & Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with aluminum welding is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience or formal schooling in MIG welding, setting up welding machines, grinding, and polishing.</li><li>A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility.</li></ul>Why Work Here?<ul><li>Great company to work for, they understand family needs and are willing to work with employees who are loyal.
