<p><strong>Culture, Change & Inclusion Manager needed in Northampton Paying £25.50 per hr ref 376826</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><em>DEI Programme Delivery and Culture Change</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the delivery and implementation of organisation-wide DEI programmes and culture change initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive cultural transformation by embedding inclusive behaviours, practices and ways of working across the organisation.</li>
<li>Develop and implement action plans that support equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.</li>
<li>Ensure DEI strategies translate into tangible outcomes and long-term organisational improvements.</li>
<li>Identify barriers to inclusion and develop practical solutions to address them.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert advice and guidance on DEI, inclusion and culture change to senior leaders and managers.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.</li>
<li>Influence decision-making at senior levels to ensure DEI remains a strategic priority.</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities to embed inclusive practices.</li>
<li>Support leaders in developing inclusive leadership capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Governance, Performance and Reporting</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain frameworks for measuring the impact of DEI and culture change initiatives.</li>
<li>Monitor progress against agreed objectives, targets and action plans.</li>
<li>Analyse workforce and organisational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for senior leadership teams and governance boards.</li>
<li>Present recommendations and insights to support evidence-based decision-making.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Policy and Continuous Improvement</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and develop policies, practices and processes to promote equality, diversity and inclusion.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.</li>
<li>Benchmark organisational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Support the development of staff networks, employee engagement initiatives and inclusion campaigns.</li>
</ul>
