The Role As an Educator, you will: Support children with diverse needs, especially autism and SEMH Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and supported Adapt your approach to meet individual learning styles and emotional needs Use a proactive and flexible mindset to respond to challenges Work collaboratively with a passionate, tight‑knit staff team Help create an environment where every child can thrive About You The school is looking for individuals who are: Patient, resilient, and naturally empathetic Able to adapt quickly and think creatively Motivated to support young people who may struggle with traditional learning Team players who bring positivity and commitment Open to learning new skills and approaches Experience within SEND, autism, or SEMH is beneficial but not essential—the right attitude and passion are what matter most.
