<p>Bereavement Services Operative needed in Nottingham</p> <p>This is a temporary role and the rate is £14.82ph</p> <p>The reference number is:                   RQ1742302</p> <p>The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties across cemeteries, with a primary focus on grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge maintenance, litter clearance, and the upkeep of cemetery landscapes to a high standard.</p> <p>The role at times may also include supporting Bereavement Services operations through grave digging, sexton duties, memorial safety inspections, and ensuring cemeteries remain safe, respectful, and well-maintained environments for visitors.</p> <p>The postholder will regularly interact with members of the public, funeral directors, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing a professional and sensitive service while supporting the effective discharge of statutory bereavement service functions.</p> <p>The role operates on a rota basis when required and may include weekend working and later shifts providing operational cover up to 7:00 pm</p> <p><strong>If</strong><strong> you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to </strong><strong>Kirsty@essentialemploy.co.uk</strong><strong> quoting the reference number.</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
