- Process payroll data accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update payroll records with precision.
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis as required.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure seamless operations.
- Support audits by preparing payroll documentation when needed.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and implement them appropriately.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Payroll Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems within the UK and ideally EMEA
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
- Good problem-solving skills for addressing payroll queries.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an accounting and finance team.
- Understanding of current payroll legislation and compliance standards.
