• Media Recorder APIs – record video and audio in the browser 🎥🎙️
• Chunked uploads – break up big files, upload without headaches 📤🧩
• WebSockets / Socket.io – real-time features like chat or live updates 🔄
• Material UI – ready-to-go components that look good 🧱👌
