- Implement and maintain network security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.
- Lead network migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy infrastructure to standardized Arista-based environments.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues using Arista CloudVision, telemetry, and automation tools.
- Manage the infrastructure lifecycle by identifying, assessing, and replacing end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) Arista switches while minimizing business disruption.
- Utilize Python, Ansible, or other automation frameworks to streamline network deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations and policies.
