This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in industrial maintenance. The selected candidate will train on 1st shift before transitioning to a permanent 2nd shift schedule. ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.Inspect equipment for safety and operational concerns.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.Assist senior maintenance technicians with repairs and installations.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsTechnical school, vocational training, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong problem solving and communication skills.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus.Start your career with a fantastic company that values its employees and offers long term opportunities and growth!
