About the Role
The Behavioral Health Medical Assistant helps patients access the care they need by coordinating appointments and follow‑up services for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Telepsychiatry, and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) programs. This role keeps the patient journey moving smoothly—scheduling visits, gathering required authorizations, and confirming eligibility for behavioral health services. With strong organization, compassion, and a can‑do attitude, the Behavioral Health MA ensures patients feel supported and connected at every step of their care. Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
