About the Role
Responsibilities:
analyzing code and application architecture for performance and availability improvements;
designing and implementing monitoring based on the Observability Dynatrace platform;
integrating and automating monitoring within CI/CD, including quality gates;
designing and implementing SRE (Site Reliability Engineering);
working with DevOps teams of our clients;
supporting sales, presenting solutions, and conducting Proof of Concept implementations;

experience in building/managing applications in public clouds AWS, Azure, GCP, especially for EKS, AKS, GKE, and serverless;
experience with monitoring tools: Application Performance Monitoring, Infra, NPMD;
experience in memory dump and thread dump analysis.

Requirements:
knowledge of popular technologies and mechanisms not built in, e.g., JAVA, CLR, GC, JDBC/ODBC, Interface, FPM, WCF, http Client, http server
understanding of popular standards and protocols: TCP/IP, Connection Pools, Thread Pools, SSL Certificates, Messaging Queue, In/Out Buffer, Proxy/LB, StickySession
ability to read code and documentation in a way that enables performance analysis and bottleneck identification;
familiarity with Kubernetes in the area of application deployment and basic administration (Helm charts a plus);
experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions;
communicative proficiency in English
interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and building long-term relationships with clients
ability to deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint and live product demonstrations will be an additional asset
