This role is specifically designed for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between traditional testing and infrastructure operations.</p><p><strong>Key Technical Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT):</strong> Lead and execute OAT workstreams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and operationally ready.</p></li><li><p><strong>Monitoring and Observability:</strong> Utilise Microsoft SCOM to design and verify infrastructure monitoring, ensuring proactive service health visibility.</p></li><li><p><strong>Automation:</strong> Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate test execution, environment setup, and reporting metrics.</p></li><li><p><strong>Functional Testing:</strong> Oversee system, system integration and end-to-end.</p></li><li><p><strong>Test Documentation:</strong> Establish comprehensive test plans and reporting that balance quality risk mitigation with project constraints.</p></li><li><p><strong>Defect and Risk Management:</strong> Identify, raise, and manage quality system defects while proactively escalating project risks.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Work confidently with client stakeholders and third parties to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions into BAU environments.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> You must currently hold, or be fully eligible for, UK Security Clearance (SC).</p></li><li><p><strong>Location and Travel:</strong> You must be willing to work on-site in Salisbury a couple of days a week, typically including one overnight stay.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> You should have 5 to 7 years’ experience across system, system integration, and user acceptance testing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Proven expertise in Microsoft SCOM and PowerShell scripting is essential for this role.</p></li><li><p><strong>Leadership:</strong> You have a proven ability to lead small teams and establish a continuous improvement culture.</p></li><li><p><strong>Methodology:</strong> You are comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Consultancy Background:</strong> Previous experience in consultancy roles is highly desirable.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What’s in It for You?</strong></p><p>At Ten10, we believe in rewarding great work.
