The practice has made excellent progress in recent months and is now in a prime position to recruit another GP. There is an exceptionally reasonable workload of 21, 28 or 30 patients per day – depending on the day. You’ll also benefit from a paid coffee break each morning and embargoed continuity slots. The Practice cannot consider out-of-area GPs, unless specifically relocating locally, and Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available. Salary – £10,500 – £11,500 per session + Indemnity paid + BMA contract + 7 weeks’ leave Location – Burton-upon-Trent The surgery – Forward-thinking practice which has made excellent progress over recent years Very dynamic, able to adapt and make decisions quickly Well-connected locally with PCN and CCG GP Training Practice Heavily reduced GP workload Successful strict protocols/processes in place, vibrant team Superb IT structure and support and organised practice Your role – 4 – 8 sessions per week Heavily reduced workload 9-15 patient contacts per session Dedicated daily admin time Reasonable duty doctor day Minimal home visit requirement EMIS Practice You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List The benefits – £10,500 – £11,500 per session per annum depending on experience Indemnity fees paid 7 weeks’ leave (inc. 1 week study) NHS pension
