You'll help learners and organisations understand, adopt and apply AI technologies in practical workplace settings, supporting the development of future-ready skills across a range of industries.<br><strong><br>The Role</strong><br>As an <strong>AI & Automation Apprenticeship Trainer</strong>, you will facilitate engaging learning experiences that bring AI concepts, automation tools and digital transformation topics to life.<br>Working with cohorts of apprentices and employer groups, you will deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops and webinars, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that enables learners to develop confidence and capability in applying AI within their roles.<br>Alongside delivery, you will contribute to the development of learning materials, support learner progress and work collaboratively with employers to ensure training remains relevant, practical and aligned to business needs.<br><strong><br>Programme Focus</strong><br>You will deliver training across areas such as:<br><ul><li>AI ethics, governance and responsible AI</li><ul><li>Automation and process improvement</li><li>Human-centred AI design</li><li>AI adoption and change management</li><li>No-code and low-code technologies</li><li>Workflow automation tools</li><li>Data-informed decision making</li><li>Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills</li><li>AI implementation within business environments</li></ul></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face training sessions, workshops and group learning activities.</li><ul><li>Facilitate learning across AI, automation and digital transformation topics.</li><li>Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports learner success.</li><li>Adapt delivery styles to suit different audiences, learning needs and experience levels.</li><li>Develop and continuously improve training materials, learner resources and workshop content.</li><li>Incorporate Microsoft 365, Copilot and emerging AI technologies into learning activities.</li><li>Support learners throughout their programme to maintain engagement and progression.</li><li>Build strong relationships with employers to ensure training meets business requirements.</li><li>Contribute to curriculum development and programme enhancement.</li><li>Ensure delivery aligns with apprenticeship and quality standards.</li></ul></ul><strong>About You</strong><br><strong>Essential</strong><br><ul><li>Experience delivering training, facilitation, workshops or learning programmes.</li><ul><li>Strong knowledge or interest in AI, automation and digital technologies.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.</li><li>Comfortable delivering engaging virtual and classroom-based learning.</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders and building strong employer relationships.</li><li>Good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Copilot knowledge desirable).</li><li>Level 2 English and Maths.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li></ul></ul><strong>Desirable</strong><br><ul><li>Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed or equivalent).</li><ul><li>Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational learning programmes.</li><li>Knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio or workflow automation tools.</li><li>Experience creating digital learning resources.</li><li>Understanding of apprenticeship standards and the skills sector.</li></ul></ul><br> For more information please contact Simon Atkins on 07894 752230
