Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent HVAC Service Dispatcher starting immediately!
Job Details:
- Pay Range - $22.00/HR - $26.00/HR (Depending on skills and experience)
- Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Location - Orlando, Florida 32837
Job Duties:
- Assigns Service Technician work orders, orders material parts, records time off; Informs Service Technicians what assignments need to be completed at each job.
- Organizes the Service Technician’s workload, issues, and approves purchase orders.
- Coordinate service resources. Orders materials, lines up subcontractors, and inventories tools.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC dispatching experience.
- Communicates effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills in person and on the phone.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
