They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven and ambitious to join them and assist with the sale of properties based in their Modbury office. The candidate they are looking for must be a proven property sales negotiator already working in the industry for at least six months, ideally a sales negotiator, with some track record in property sales and ideally within the South Hams. They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with local market knowledge. You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature. Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors
Generating and following up on leads to maximise sales opportunities
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders
Managing sales progression from offer to completion (once trained)
Preparing property details, brochures, and online listings
Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/property software
Supporting market appraisals and assisting valuers where required
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company processes
Providing excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling journey
Contributing to office targets and overall branch success
