You’ll be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them navigate their day, regulate emotions, and access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable. Your responsibilities Deliver consistent 1:1 support in line with EHCP targets Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement Work closely with staff and external professionals What you’ll notice A team that genuinely cares about getting it right Consistency across staff, no mixed messages A focus on long-term progress, not quick fixes Who is this role for Someone calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent Experience with autism or SEMH is a bonus Someone who understands the importance of routine All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
