You’ll be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them navigate their day, regulate emotions, and access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable.
Your responsibilities Deliver consistent 1:1 support in line with EHCP targets
Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
Support communication, emotional regulation and engagement
Work closely with staff and external professionals

Experience with autism or SEMH is a bonus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
