Position: Office Administrator (Payroll / AP & AR)
Location: Clackamas, OR (Onsite)
Pay: DOE

Our client is a well-established company in the building materials industry with multiple locations across the Pacific Northwest. This is a small, tight-knit office where teamwork and reliability are key. If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a go-to person in the office, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Utilize SAGE software for accounting functions
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers/vendors
  • Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management)
  • Support daily office operations and coordinate with other locations
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records

What You Need to Have: The Musts:
  • Experience with SAGE software (required)
  • Background in payroll processing
  • AP/AR experience
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
