Responsibilities:
- Monitor bank account balances across multiple entities, forecast cash needs, and ensure the organization has enough liquidity to pay bills, invest in growth initiatives, and meet financial obligations
- Execute wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers while following established internal controls and approval processes
- Track loans, lines of credit, and debt schedules, monitor borrowing capacity, and help leadership understand the company's financial commitments
- Compare bank activity with accounting records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all cash transactions are recorded accurately
- Administer online banking access, maintain fraud controls, assist with covenant reporting, and coordinate with banking partners as needed
- Work closely with external tax advisors to gather documentation, track filing deadlines, and ensure tax returns and filings are completed accurately and on time
- Support tax calculations, document book-to-tax differences, and help answer technical tax questions
- Prepare account reconciliations, assist with journal entries, and provide support during internal and external audits
- Identify opportunities to streamline treasury, tax, and accounting processes while strengthening controls and increasing efficiency
- Assist with legal entity management, acquisitions, integrations, and system implementations that help the company scale
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75,000–$95,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
