The Role
A senior position responsible for leading the organisation’s Learning & Development strategy, ensuring staff are skilled, compliant, and supported to deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities
Identify organisational training needs with senior leaders
Design and deliver blended learning programmes
Lead company induction and mandatory training
Develop competency frameworks and leadership pathways
Monitor compliance training and maintain accurate records
Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Essential Criteria
Senior experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
Background in health & social care or a regulated environment – NMC, NISCC Reg
Strong knowledge of workforce development and training frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work strategically and operationally
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable
