About the Role

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle and CRM-driven business processes
Proven experience in business analysis and functional requirements documentation
Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
High level of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills

Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for external clients
Analyze client business processes (sales, marketing, customer service) and translate needs into effective CRM solutions
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (entities, business rules, workflows, Power Automate) to meet client requirements
Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (ERP, Power Platform, external APIs)
Run client workshops, gather requirements, and present proposed solutions
Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
