Maintenance Electrician Location: Covering 3 commercial office contracts across Central London (Zones 1 & 2) Salary: Up to £44,000 + Overtime Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm No on-call required An opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Electrician to join a growing team, covering three commercial office buildings across Central London. The role will involve travelling between the sites on foot, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems. The position will include working on both electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and responding to any faults or issues on site. You will also be responsible for maintaining site logbooks, liaising with contractors and communicating with clients when required. This role forms part of a new team within an already well-established and thriving business unit, offering long-term stability and career development.
